This OOo for GNU/Linux SPARC is built using OpenJDK on debian/unstable. 

This is experimental for testing only, so take care.

The tar unpacks into a directory which contains the install script and a
subdirectory RPMS containg rpm archives.

Make a non-root installation into the user's home directory using the
install script. 

Use absolute paths and do NOT run this script as root

For example if the unpack DIR is named ~/m29_install:
jim@sun:~/m29_install$ ./install /home/jim/m29_install/RPMS /home/jim/OOo
Then in this example run ~/m29/opt/openoffice.org3/program/soffice

To use java features go to menu Tools-Options-Java and press the Add button, 
then enter the path to the jvm bin - for example in case of 
/usr/local/bin/gij the path entered will be /usr/local
